Vanga Sirikalam (Come, Let's laugh)

We spend so much of our adult lives trying to keep it together, holding space for heavy emotions, and doing the "work." But sometimes, the most healing thing we can do in a community is simply to drop the weight, stop taking ourselves so seriously, and just laugh.

Welcome to Vanga Sirikalam—our newest community space at Hibiscus Counselling.

If Vanga Polambalam is our space to collectively rant, Vanga Sirikalam is our excuse to collectively exhale. This isn't a stand-up comedy show, and there is absolutely zero pressure to perform or be the funniest person in the room. This is just a friendly, unstructured space to hang out, share a few lighthearted stories, and connect with others.

What to expect:

Zero-Pressure Activities: We will have a few low-stakes icebreakers, like an anonymous "mild mishaps" bowl and adult "show and tell" (bring a mundane or slightly weird item that brings you joy!).
