Reaching out can feel like a big step. It can come with uncertainty, hesitation, and a little fear of what comes next. You may not know exactly what you need when you begin, and that is okay. Just being here is already a step closer to healing. You do not have to figure it all out alone; we can work through it together. Sessions with me are a space where you can come as you are. You can laugh, cry, be angry, feel confused, or simply sit with what is present. Every emotion has a place here, and there is room for you to explore it at your own pace. Our work together is collaborative. You lead, and I facilitate. We both bring our effort and accountability to the process. We can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you are going through, while finding clarity around the choices and changes that matter to you. On days when you feel lost, we can find a way forward together. Some days may feel light, warm, and filled with little moments of laughter. Other days may feel heavy and difficult. Whatever the day holds, you have a space to move through it with support. I am happy to have your back as you ride through the waves, at your own pace and on your own terms. My Approach: I take a client-centred eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, Gestalt, SFBT, and other approaches through a feminist, anti-oppressive lens, while providing a queer-friendly space. My practice keeps evolving as I continue to learn and unlearn. Supervision is an important part of my practice, helping me stay reflective, accountable, and committed to growing with you.
