Introducing Bharathi – Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling from Christ University and a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling. With over 4 years of experience, Bharathi has supported clients across a wide range of concerns, with additional training in relationship counselling and group facilitation. She believes that personal growth and wellbeing are essential for leading a fulfilling life, and that therapy is a safe space where individuals can feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Her approach combines evidence-based methods with warmth and cultural sensitivity, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and equipped with the tools to build resilience and healthy coping strategies. Through therapy and workshops, she helps individuals develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.
