And no, we don’t have crystal balls — just a deep commitment to listening and guiding. Introducing Nivedha – M.A. in Family Counselling and Therapy, with a background in yoga and mind-body wellness. Nivedha specialises in personal well-being and couples counselling, supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional health with compassion and clarity. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, weaving together emotional insight, relational awareness, and embodied practices. This allows her to support women through different phases of life, as well as couples who wish to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or deepen their connection. Her sessions are not about quick fixes. Instead, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with those who matter most. Therapy with Nivedha is about exploring patterns, discovering inner resources, and nurturing more balanced, fulfilling relationships.
