Introducing Sandhya - B.Sc. in Psychology (Madras School of Social Work, Chennai) and M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology (Christ University, Bangalore). Fluent in English and Tamil, Sandhya is a passionate and introspective counselling psychologist whose journey into this field began with a deep curiosity about the inner world - her own and that of others. She was drawn to the therapeutic space not just as a profession, but as a calling rooted in purpose. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, queer affirmative, and neurodivergent-affirmative lens. She specializes in supporting clients with anxiety, relationship concerns, identity and self exploration, trauma, life transitions, grief, and depression. She predominantly practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a twist of art and narrative practices. Her style is collaborative. She believes in walking alongside her clients, co-creating the process based on their pace, needs, and preferences.
