Service Description

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with experience working with adolescents and adults across concerns related to emotional wellbeing, relationships, anxiety, and stress. My practice draws from approaches including CBT, ACT, REBT, and SFBT, with a particular focus on relationship and couples work. I also practice from a queer-affirmative and inclusive perspective, creating space for individuals and couples to explore their relationships without judgement. I believe that communication is at the heart of a relationship, not just what we say, but how we say it and how willing we are to truly listen. When things get difficult, it can be easy to forget that you and your partner are on the same team. I hope to create a space where couples can slow down, understand each other, and find their way back to each other.
