And no, we don’t have crystal balls — just a deep commitment to listening and guiding. Introducing Sreenidhi – Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Sreenidhi is passionate about her work and finds deep meaning in supporting individuals through their journeys of healing and growth. She strongly believes that every client has something to teach, and that therapy is a collaborative process where both therapist and client can learn. Her philosophy is rooted in the understanding that growth often comes from mistakes, and she brings openness, humility, and curiosity into every session. With her academic training and practical experience, Sreenidhi works with a wide range of clients, creating a safe and supportive environment where thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can be explored with compassion. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading crime thrillers, catching up on shows, and watching sunsets on quiet evenings — reminding herself that balance and joy are just as important in life as healing and growth.
