And no, we don’t have crystal balls — just a deep commitment to listening and guiding. Introducing Amrishya – B.Sc. Psychology and M.Sc. Counselling Psychology. Amrishya takes an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from CBT, SFBT, psychodynamic principles, and mindfulness, all through a trauma-informed lens. With one year of supervised experience in the field, she blends academic grounding with a thoughtful, adaptable practice that supports clients in exploring both challenges and strengths. Her priority is always to create a safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted as human beings before anything else. Sessions with her are collaborative, guided by empathy and clarity, and paced according to each person’s needs.
